The Problem

The accumulated experience allowed us to work with many areas of BackOffice and see that the problems were (and are) often similar:

• increased workload,
• few human resources,
• high volume of data,
• increased regulatory and tax compliance, and
• disinvestment.

All of this (among other situations) leads to inefficiencies such as 

• non-compliance with regulatory and tax rules,
• work more hours than expected,
• high risk of human error, and
• high levels of stress and pressure.
